Understand the different possible tags

For CLIENTS and RESOURCES tags :

These tags are for information only, and allows you to add more precision to a shift, or in a project.

The following information must be provided:

  • The name of the tag should be as specific as possible so as not to be confused with another tag

  • The type of tag can be either a customer, a location, a region or a resource.

  • The import code will be used to import user profiles or export reports (optional)

For REGION tags:

They can be assigned to an employee in order to filter the automatic assignment, or the contact lists for a specific region.

For LOCATION tags :

This label allows you to add a location to a project or a work shift. The following information must be provided:

  • The pronoun of the tag so that it is correctly displayed in the schedule (ex: in the office or at the main door)

  • The name of the tag should be as precise as possible so as not to be confused with another tag

  • The type of tag must be a location

  • The region where this place is located

  • The complete address, you can find it by clicking on Search for an address

  • The import code will be used to import user profiles or export reports (optional)

For PERSONALIZED labels:

This label allows you to enter all the necessary information for an employee on a shift. It can be linked to a project or a shift and can be used to transfer any information needed.

For example: An emergency contact at the shift location, an arrival code, etc.
