How to create and manage tags? 🏷

To manage clients, locations, resources or regions

The Tags tool allows you to provide details about several aspects of a shift or employee, such as clients, location, resources, or region type.

1. Under Admin, Click on Schedule > Tags

2. Click Create a tag or Edit to make a change to an existing tag


Assign tags to a shift

Go to the portal Management > Schedule. When you create or edit a shift, you can add Tags under the Other info drop-down menu.

If you place your cursor over the shift without clicking on it, the tag will appear.

Assign a region tag to a user

Go to the portal Management > Users. When you create or edit a user, you can add a Region tag under the Hiring information drop-down menu.

Once set up, users will be considered ineligible for a shift that does not correspond to their region.

Make a tag being visible in the employee's schedule

You can choose if a label should be visible in the employee's schedule as well as in their schedule notification email.
