It may happen that an employee forget to punch his arrival. In this case, the manager can create a manual time card.
Here are the steps:
From the schedule, click on Other, then on Punch cards.
2. Once in the time card menu, just press create a time card:
3. Insert the name of the employee, as well as the date for which the time card must be created:
4. Once this information is inserted, you can select the shift and add the arrival and departure time.
5. Once the information is inserted, you can change the status at the bottom of the page to approve, then click on submit.
