What you will find in this article:

POSSIBILITY TO ASSIGN AN EMPLOYEE TO A PROJECT IN THE USER MODULE

Our goal is to make your user experience as pleasant as possible, and for that we want the actions you have to perform in the software to be simple and fast.

That's why we added a "Projects" field in the user creation/modification page. This way, you don't have to create a user and then go to the Projects module to add them to a project, everything is in one place!

ABILITY TO ADD AN ATTRIBUTE TO A USER DIRECTLY IN THE SCHEDULE

Once again, we want to allow you to make the best use of Merinio by grouping two actions in one place.

It may happen that you want to assign a shift to an employee, but they don't have the required attribute to work on that shift. No problem! Assign an employee who does not have the qualification, a message in a yellow box appears, you can then click on "Update employee's attributes".

The missing attribute will be automatically added to the user's profile. You can change the training level later.

IMPROVEMENT OF THE "SCHEDULE ANALYSIS" REPORT

Previously, in the "Schedule Analysis" report, you had to choose the Group by users option to see the Labor cost. Now you can choose any option to view and export the Labor cost.
