In this article you will find:

REDESIGN OF THE SETTINGS PAGE INTERFACE

In order to make the configuration of the platform easier (but just as effective!) we have redesigned the settings page. You will find the same options, but organized according to the modules of the software.

ADDITION OF THE VIEW BY TEAM

You can now see the schedule of the teams you manage only. This allows you to see the schedule more clearly and to minimize errors: when the option is active, the manager of team A will not inadvertently change a shift of team B for example.

To do this, first activate the View by team. Then activate the filter "Reports to me" in the filter text field. You will then only see the shifts that match the teams you manage.

SUMMARY OF SHIFTS ASSIGNED OR NOT

We have added an information to the Summary Row of the schedule, this allows you to know instantly how many shifts are filled. In the example below, we see that 10 out of 13 shifts are filled. It's up to you to fill the remaining shifts!

NEW MESSAGE ABOUT THE ABSENCES BANK

Many companies have a threshold of days of absence that must not be exceeded within a certain period. To ensure that this rule is respected, we have added an error message when an employee creates an absence request that exceeds this threshold.

If the employee still decides to submit the request, their manager will receive a notification or email (depending on their preferences).

Note 🗒: If the manager creates the absence for an employee and that request exceeds the allowed threshold, the same message will be displayed.

NEW ERROR MESSAGE RELATED TO TIME OFF REQUESTS

Time off requests can sometimes lead to confusion, so we have chosen to make it even easier for you! Indeed, if an employee creates a time off request for a certain date when they have already created a request for that same date, an error message is displayed. This prevents the manager from managing duplicate requests.

Note 🗒: If the manager creates time off for an employee and a time off request for that employee on that same date already exists, the same message is displayed.
