In this article you will find:

ABILITY TO ATTACH FILES TO USER PROFILES

Often, when dealing with many employees, it is crucial to have all their information in one place in order to provide quality workforce management. That's why you can now add PDF files to employee profiles, such as a copy of their work permit or training certificates, for example.

To do so, go to the Users module and select the relevant employee. Then click on Actions on the right-hand side of the page and choose the View attachments option, this is where you will be able to view, add and delete files related to the user.

ADDITION OF CONTEXTUAL INFORMATION WHEN PUNCHING IN THE EMPLOYEE PORTAL

In order for employees to have all the details of their punch-in in real time and directly on their portal, it is now possible for them to see if they have punched-in too late or too early, and if so by how much.

Note 🗒: This information will be displayed when punching in, punching out, and taking breaks.

NEW OPTION TO ADD A TIME LIMIT TO MODIFY AVAILABILITY REQUESTS

Previously, you could set the day of the week before which employees had to communicate their new availabilities to you. For more precision, you can now also specify the time of the day after which it is no longer possible for employees to add their new availabilities.

To activate this option, go to the Admin portal > Availabilities and check the option "Enable cutoff date for availabilities" and then choose the options you want.

IMPROVED DISPLAY OF DIFFERENT PROJECTS IN THE SEARCH BAR

When a member of your team is the owner of several projects, it is crucial that they can easily find their way around. We have therefore implemented the functionality of entering only the name of the project manager in the search bar in order to be able to see all the shifts that are linked to their projects.

To access this feature, go to the View drop-down menu in the Schedule and check the Show view by project option. Then type in the name of the project owner and click on their name below the Project owner category as shown below. The projects they manage will appear!

Our tip 👋🏼: Project codes are listed on the shifts in the schedule in square brackets, so you can quickly see which project it is!

NEW DEFAULT SORTING FOR ALL TYPES OF REQUESTS

To make your absence and leave request lists more user-friendly, we have changed the default ordering: now the most recently created requests will be displayed first, so they are now ordered by Request Date.

But you can change the way the requests are arranged by using the View menu and choosing the option that suits you, like the Validation Date in the example below:
