What you will find in this article:

ABILITY TO FILTER BY PROJECT IN ALL SEARCH BARS OF THE MANAGEMENT PORTAL

Note 🗒: These filters do NOT appear in the search bars of the Bulletin module and in the Lists, but appear in all other modules.

This feature standardizes the filters and creates a better synchronization between them since in one search you will be able to see all the data related to a project: the teams involved, the project owner, as well as the blocked, preferred and locked users.

Below, you can see for example the people who are project owners in the Schedule module:

Below, you can find the time off history of a preferred employee on a project by entering the project name in the search bar. This allows you to see if the employee is absent during a period when you would like them to be scheduled.

You can also filter the Schedule to see which shifts belong to a project.

These are just examples, it works in all modules and will make your life easier if you have built the platform around your projects!

DISPLAY THE NUMBER OF SHIFTS PER HOUR WITH THE "SHOW SUMMARY ROW" VIEW

To help you read the schedule even more clearly, we've added the ability to see the number of shifts per hour.

Our tip 👋🏼 : You can see the number of people working at the same time and cross-reference this information to the times you notice the most activity in your business to adjust your schedules in the future if needed.

In the Schedule module, activate the Daily View and select the Show Summary Row option. The graph of the number of people working at the same time and the exact number of employees will be displayed at the bottom of the schedule.

SIMPLIFICATION OF INFORMATION IN THE ATTENDANCE AND TIME OFF MODULES

In the past, you could find a lot of information in these modules, so much so that it was quite difficult to find your way around. But that's all in the past! We have now streamlined the visuals of these pages so that you only find the information that is important to you.

By default, you will only see the name of the person, the reason as well as the date and time of their absence or time off. Here is an example of the default Absences module.

But you can of course customize what you want to see by clicking on the grey View button at the top right and choosing the information that is relevant to your situation.

ABILITY TO COPY SHIFTS ENDLESSLY IN THE SCHEDULE

Pasting shifts into the Schedule module no longer clears the clipboard, allowing the same schedule to be pasted multiple times in a row.

1. Copy shifts

First select the shifts you want to copy, you can select all of them by clicking on the drop-down menu 0 shifts selected and then on Select all.

Once the shifts are selected, click on the X number of shifts selected drop down menu and then on Copy selection.

Go to the day or week where you want to copy the shifts and click on the X number of shifts copied drop-down menu and then on Paste shifts. Repeat this action as many times as you like!

2. Empty the clipboard

When you are finished, remove the option to paste shifts by clicking on the X number of shifts copied drop-down menu and click on Clear copied shifts. This will not delete the shifts you pasted previously, it will just return the drop-down menu to 0 selected shifts, which is the default drop-down menu.

IMPROVED VISIBILITY OF IMPORTANT INFORMATION IN USER LISTS

In order to see if all your users have been invited to use the platform and check if they are using it, we have added the Last connection and Onboarding options to the View bar in the Users module.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS WILL BE SUGGESTED WHEN EMPLOYEES CALL IN TO INDICATE THAT THEY WILL BE ABSENT

It's a win-win solution for both the employee and the manager: the employee can make up for lost time on their sick day with the suggested shift, and the manager fills a vacant shift before starting a calling list. It's a time saver for the whole company!
