To ensure constant follow-up, you can centralize reminder messages at an e-mail address of your choice, or even draw up an expiring attributes report which will help you make decisions.

Here are the steps to follow:
1. Go to Admin, then Employees and click on Attributes
2. Click on Create an attribute
3. Activate the Has an expiration date option and click on the "+" to create one or more Reminders
4. Setting Reminders
Set a Reminder time delay in days (example: 180 days, i.e. 6 months)
Add a custom message in French and English for reminder emails and SMS messages
Ensure that the employee is aware of the reminder by clicking on Acknowledgement requirement
Send a copy to the company email address to track reminders
Click on the "+" to add a new reminder
