Schedule analysis report

How to get an overview of the schedule and analyze it according to selected criteria

Merinio allows you to monitor the number of shifts worked by your employees, their scheduled and paid hours, the costs associated with the schedule, and so on. This information will help you to :

  • Ensure fair distribution of working hours among employees.

  • Optimize schedules to avoid labour surpluses or shortages.

  • Control labour-related expenses.

  • Etc.

Here's how to create a schedule analysis report:

1. Go to the Reports menu, then click on the Select a report to generate in the search bar and choose the Schedule Analysis report.

2. Select the period you would like to observe by clicking on the calendar. You can also filter your search by selecting a specific User, Position or any other Filters of interest.

3. Chose one or several options at your disposal to generate your report:

  • Group by project: used to group information according to the projects in which users who have had absences during the given period have participated.

  • Group by team: groups information according to the teams to which users belong during the given period.

  • Group by position: to group information according to the positions of users who have had absences during the given period.

  • Group by department: Used to group information according to the departments to which users belong during the given period.

  • Group by start date: Used to group information by shift start date for the given period.

  • Group by start time: Used to group information according to shift start times within the given period.

  • Group by user: Used to group information by user for the given period.
