Use of notes shared between managers from the Schedule

Add and share contextual information for your organization with schedule notes to help managers make informed decisions!

Here are some examples of useful content to share:

  • Reminders and event information

  • Traffic information

  • Weather

Follow these steps to access the notes:

1. Go to the Schedule. You'll see an icon to the right of the days of the week.

Two possible icons:

This icon means that there are no notes at the moment. Click on it to add one.

This icon means that there is currently a note. Click on it to view it, delete the current note or add another.

Click on one of the icons. The Schedule Notes tool will appear.

Once you've added a note, other managers can see it too. They can also come and modify it if necessary.
