How to get an overview of attendances by employee, position or project

In Merinio you can see what attendances have taken place in the last week or month and draw up reports that will help you to make better decisions.

They'll be very useful for :

  • Personnel management: Ensure an adequate workforce to keep your business running smoothly.

  • Human resources planning: Anticipate absences and organize work distribution.

  • Productivity management: Identify performance problems linked to absenteeism.

  • etc.

Here are the steps to output an absence report:

1. Go to the Reports menu, then click on Select a report to generate in the search bar and choose the Attendance report.

2. Select the period for which you would like to observe attendances by clicking on the calendar.

  • You can also Filter your search by selecting a specific User, Department or any other Filters of interest to you.

3. Chose one or several of those options to generate your report:

  • Group by user: Used to group attendances according to the users during the given period.

  • Group by position: Used to group attendances according to the positions of users who have had attendances during the given period.

  • Group by project: Used to group attendances according to the projects in which users had attendances during the given period.
