How to set my notifications to receive alerts from my team.

To receive an alert when an employee, agent or worker on your team declares an absence, requests leave or sends an availability request, you can configure your notifications as follows:

  1. At the top right, click on your profile, then on my notifications:

2. Here, you will be able to select My teams for each possible action (Absence module, holidays, availability, etc.) as below:

You will now be notified by email when an action for someone on your team is needed.

Note: To help you receive information in real time, it is possible to select SMS as the notification method for absence requests.
