Your punched working time and actual approved (paid) time can be seen in: My Schedule.
🚨 It is important to understand how it is displayed. 🚨
Three possible cases:
You punch according to your company's time card rules.
Merinio will automatically approve your paid hours, and they will be visible in my Schedule. You can therefore instantly view your punched & approved/paid hours.
2. You punch outside the time card rules (ex: Late, early start or no shifts on schedule) Your manager will have to manually process your time in order to be able to see your recorded time, if not, you won't be able to view your approved (paid) time.
3. In case you forgot to register your time, a message "Unpunched" will appear. You need to contact your manager in order to correct the stamps.
A blue warning message shows the totals of your approved hours. Your manager must approve all the time cards before you get the correct total.
