To use the autofill feature, you need to create unassigned shifts.

This can be done via:

In the example below, we will use the multiple creation feature.

  1. In shift creation, under multiple creation, choose:

  • The number of shifts you want to create (In the example, we create 5).

  • For which day of the week, you want to apply the multiple creation (In the example, we create from Monday to Friday).

  • Click Submit.

2. Your shifts have been created, but not assigned. Just select the unassigned shifts:

  • Click on selected X button next to the Published button and then select all

  • Press Ctrl or Shift and manually select unassigned shifts

Then click on the purple Fill automatically button to see your schedule created in one click:

  • A procedure can also be used for automatic filling.

3. Now that the schedule is done for your team, the last step is to publish the schedule to inform your employees.
