How to create a contact list to offer shifts to employees? ⛑

Use contact lists to build a schedule based on absences, holidays or unavailability.

1. From the schedule tab, select (Ctrl or Shift + Selection) the shifts that are intended to be filled by the list (Shift to be replaced, unassigned shift, etc.).

2. The following window will open with an overview of the shifts that will be replaced. If it's correct, just click submit.

3. Before starting the list, make sure the list is set up correctly. To do so, click on Options at the top right of the screen and then on List settings. Make sure a number greater than 0 is entered in:

  • Maximum number of calls in progress

  • Maximum number of calls on hold

Then hit submit

The system per defaults will filter the eligible employees for this position. If this is not necessary, you can simply remove the filter.

4. The priority list is based on the availability of employees as well as their qualifications.

You can also change the priority in the list of employees by clicking on options, then "change priority".

5. Once the list is ready to be launched, simply click on Start for the system to start contacting employees.

In real time, the employees will be contacted, and we can see the interactions that are happening under the name of the employees.
