ADDITION OF THE "REQUEST SUMMARY" MENU
In order to have a more accurate global view of your users' activity, you can now see the assigned shifts, absence requests and leave requests from your employees over a defined time period.
THE "RESOURCE TYPE" BUTTON HAS BECOME "BULK EDIT"
For clarity, we have changed the name of the "Resource Type" button to "Bulk Edit", which allows you to edit multiple users at once.
GRAPHICAL IMPROVEMENT OF THE SHIFT DROP-DOWN MENU
When you click on a shift, the drop-down menu was taking up space on your screen since it contained many options. We've rearranged the menu for a more pleasant navigation between options.
By clicking on "Open", you can access the employee's profile or schedule with one click.
Clicking on "Advanced" gives you access to more specific actions, such as deleting or finalizing a shift, creating a list or absence request from the schedule or sending a shift confirmation.
NEW WARNING MESSAGE ABOUT AVAILABILITY CONFLICTS
We don't want you to have to search through all of the availability requests of an employee in order to find where a schedule-related error is. Now, click on the "Action" > "Show Schedule Conflicts" button to find it!
Then enter the date the problem is in the schedule and you will only have to click on "Edit Shift" to get the perfect schedule.
ADDITION OF A SHORTCUT TO CREATE A NEW CLIENT
In order to speed up your operations within the platform, you can now create a new client directly from the project creation page. In the "Clients" text field, enter the name of the new client and click on "Create [client name]".
Then go to the Admin portal > Tags: your new client is automatically in the list! Then click on "Edit" to add more details about this customer.
THE PAYROLL REPORT CAN NOW BE DISPLAYED ACCORDING TO EARNING CODES
Some of our clients' payroll processes rely primarily on earnings codes related to employee shifts, so the old payroll report did not allow them to manage payrolls optimally. Now everything is fixed! Export your payroll reports correctly by selecting the "Export report grouped by earning code" option.
