If you have employees with expiring permits, qualifications or licenses, then attributes are for you 😉. You can easily program expiry dates in advance that will show employees that their license is no longer valid when it is !
Creation of the qualification :
Go to the Admin section and under People, click on Attributes and then Create an attribute.
Activate the option "Has an expiration date".
3. Define a time delay in days to receive a reminder
It is possible to add a customer message in French and English for the emails and SMS reminders.
You can add as many reminders as you want by clicking on the "+" button.
Assigning to employees
Go to an employee's profile, under the Hiring Information, click on the Attributes section.
Click on the "+" in the Attributes section.
Choose the qualification with expiration date.
Modify the expiration date.
