Create templates to apply directly to the schedule.

1. Go on Other and press on Schedule Templates than on Create a schedule template

3. The following page will open. Complete the necessary information

  • Give a Name to your template

  • Add precision by writing a Comment about the template

  • Add the Required Positions to which the schedule template will be applied

4. Click on the dropdown menu Options

  • Add a Default Shift Comment, this is a message that will be automatically displayed in all messages sent to employees affected by this schedule template

  • Adds Default Shift Tags, they will be automatically added to the shifts from this schedule template

⚠︎ To create a new label, you must have access to the Admin menu, from this menu you will be able to create all the necessary labels in the Tags menu ⚠︎

  • You can combine default shift tags and individual shift tags, so you can add more tags to certain shifts. For example, if the default shifts have the label "Location A" but a particular shift requires special equipment to be brought in, you can add the label "Equipment X." If you do not check this box when you add the label "Equipment X" to the shift, the label "Location A" will no longer exist.

  • Indicate the Departments in which the employees will work

  • You can also specify that All shifts are irreplaceable, which means that the template's shifts are locked in the schedule

5. Click on the dropdown menu Bulk shift creation and fill in the information about the shift. Then press Submit

👏 Congratulations 👏 You have created a schedule template!

You can now go back to the list of schedule templates to apply it.
