Instead of creating your employees one by one, it is better to create user templates. This way, you won't have to enter the same data dozens of times over and over again.
1. Go to the Users and click on the arrow next to the Create a user button and then click Create a new user template
2. The following page will open, and you can fill in the information. The section with a red * are mandatory. The rest can also be filled in later on.
Attributes are a list of qualifications, that's all you are able to do to occupy a type of position, for example. You can add several attributes to a schedule template by clicking on the + sign
Hiring data is the information specific to users according to their employment contract. You can add several data to a schedule template by clicking on the + sign

3. Click on Submit to validate the creation of the model. If you want to create another project right away, click on the dropdown arrow and then click on Submit and create another
4. Create a user from your template
Once the user template is created, it's time to apply it! Return to the Users page and then click the dropdown arrow and select Create user from [Template Name].
You will then be directed to the Create user page and the information in the template will already be filled in
