When the schedule is complete, you need to notify your employees. You can do this by sending them a confirmation email.
1. From the Schedule tab, click on 0/XX Published
3. The following window will open with a summary of the shifts that will be confirmed with the employee's name, position, and schedule.
⚠️ Per default, the system will check the box Send a notification. ⚠️
If everything looks good, you can press on Submit.
4. Each employee receives an email detailing his or her schedule.
Note : Once the schedule is published, you'll see the following icon appearing next to the shift in the schedule tab.
