Manage my employees' availabilities ๐Ÿ“‹

Once the employee has communicated their availabilities, you will receive an instant email notification. Merinio will save this information for you and assist you in creating schedules.

1. Click on Availabilities

2. Find the request(s) you are interested in by using the filters or by scrolling down the page, all requests are sorted chronologically

3. You can now change the status of the application by clicking on Approve, you can also click on the down arrow for more options

4. If there is a problem with an employee's availability, you can click on Ask for changes. The following window will open and you will be able to send a Comment to the employee explaining the situation, they will automatically receive it by email.


๐Ÿ—’ Note: The approved availability will be used in replacement lists and when creating a manual and automatic schedule.


Edit availabilities

From the Availabilities menu, click on Actions for the user for whom you wish to edit the availability.

A window will appear in which you can choose to Edit.

This action takes you back to the same window as for creating availabilities.

Delete availabilities

From the Availabilities menu, click on Actions for the user for whom you wish to delete the availability.

A window will appear in which you can choose to Delete.

  • PS: If you don't have the Delete option, it may be because it's blocked. Ask your Administrator if you want to unblock it.

A new window will open. Click on Delete the request to confirm deletion.

! BE CAREFUL ! : This action is definitive, you won't be able to go back once the availability has been deleted.
